About Us At Solid Rock Church Havercroft
Established in 1965, with our dynamic Vision to Exalt God, Equip People and Excel Life, We are a group of Christians who worship in ex-mining village community of Havercroft, in Wakefield, West Yorkshire; promoting the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. Aiming to reach the community of Havercroft by serving them through our Sunday Services at 11am and through our projects through the week from Coffee shop to Charity shop, Drop in Playgroups for Parents and Toddlers from Mondays through Thursdays, also running Luncheons on the first Friday of every month, Scouts on Wednesday evenings at 6pm, Counsellor Surgeries 3rd Wednesdays of every month between 10-12noon, Parish Council meetings, a running Food bank and polling station.
